Cancellation Policy
More than 14 days before: full refund minus 10% processing fee. 7–14 days: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: no refund. If the operator cancels due to weather, you are offered a rain check valid for 1 year. If canceled due to mechanical or unforeseen issues: full refund or reschedule.
