- Arrive at least 30 minutes early for 2- or 4-hour rentals; full-day rentals may arrive anytime during the reservation period
- Start day-use rentals no earlier than 7am
- Complete the digital waiver for everyone in your party before arrival; a parent or guardian must sign for minors
- Drivers must be at least 21 and present a valid driver’s license
- Expect a refundable $250 damage deposit at check-in, not included in the listed price
- Expect a fuel charge for 2- and 4-hour rentals, not included in the listed price
- Expect a $25 day-use fee per vehicle if you are not overnight camping, not included in the listed price
- Expect a $20 surcharge per person over the occupancy limit if you trade out people during the rental, not included in the listed price
- Wear an appropriately sized personal flotation device if under 13; personal flotation devices are provided
- Keep alcohol off the boat; drivers must not consume alcohol or be under its influence
- Do not swim from the boat
- Return to the marina immediately when thunder is heard and lightning is present
Cancellation Policy
Cancel within 24 hours of booking with no cancellation fee. Cancel 72 hours or more before your reservation for a full refund less a $10 cancellation fee. No refunds are issued for cancellations less than 72 hours before your reservation.

FAQs
If thunder is heard and lightning is present, return to the marina immediately. If more than half of your rental has passed, no refund is issued. If less than half has passed, you can wait for clearance to return to the water without extending your reservation, or end the rental and receive a gift card for the remaining time.
