Know before you go
- Drivers must be at least 21 and present a valid driver’s license
- Each guest must complete the digital waiver before arriving; a parent or guardian must sign for minors
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before 2-hour or 4-hour departures; full-day rentals may arrive during the reservation period
- A refundable $250 damage deposit is collected at check-in and released after the rental if no damage occurred
- A fuel charge applies; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking
- Pay a $25 day-use fee per vehicle upon arrival if you are not overnight camping
- Day-use guests cannot book a start time before 7am
- Wear an appropriately sized personal flotation device at all times for boat occupants under 13; all other occupants must have one available
- Do not swim from the boat or consume alcohol on rental boats; drivers may not be under the influence
- Pay $20 per person if you trade guests and exceed the occupancy limit during your rental
- Return to the marina immediately when thunder is heard and lightning is present; rental time is not extended for weather interruptions
Cancellation Policy
Cancel within 24 hours of booking with no cancellation fee. Cancel 72 or more hours before your reservation for a full refund less a $10 fee. No refunds for cancellations less than 72 hours before your reservation.
FAQs
If thunder is heard and lightning is present, return to the marina immediately. If more than half of your rental has passed, no refund is issued. If less than half has passed, you can wait for clearance to return to the water without extending your reservation, or end the rental and receive a gift card for the remaining time.
