Know before you go
- Return boats by 5pm
- Ensure children under 6 wear a United States Coast Guard-approved Type I, II, or III personal flotation device while underway in vessels under 26 feet, including canoes and kayaks
- Bring drinks in non-disposable containers and pack out all trash
- Avoid swimming in the creek because of alligators
- Expect narrower water and faster current when paddling upstream from Fisheating Creek Campground
- Plan for at least 2 feet of water for kayaks and 2.5 feet for canoes; water levels should not exceed 6 feet
Cancellation Policy
No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours, except when inclement weather closes the river on the event day.
