- Operators born on or after January 1, 1988 need a completed boater safety course and a Florida Boating Safety Education Identification Card
- A $1,000 security deposit is required at pickup by cash or credit-card hold
- Comprehensive insurance is included with a $1,000 deductible
- A 6.5% sales tax applies and is not included in the listed price
- Gasoline is not included; return the boat with a full tank or a $7-per-gallon charge plus a $100 service fee applies
- Delivery to a vacation property is available only in the Cape Coral area for an additional service charge

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 60 days before the rental period for a 90% refund. Cancel less than 60 days before for an 80% refund. No refund for cancellations less than 30 days before the rental period. If the provider cancels due to boat damage, you’ll receive a replacement boat or a full refund. Bad-weather cancellations are not refunded.
