Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 7 days before your trip for a refund less a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations less than 7 days before and no-shows are non-refundable. No refunds after leaving the dock due to seasickness or rough seas. Deposits are refundable if the port closes due to weather. Receive a full refund if the trip is canceled due to a boat issue.
