Cancellation Policy
Charter payments are refunded for cancellations 30 or more days before departure, excluding online booking fees. Cancellations within 30 days are not eligible for a standard refund. If the captain cancels before departure due to unsafe weather, choose a refund of charter payments less applicable fees or reschedule.

Departure times vary by season. Trips depart at 7am and 12pm year-round; 3pm departures are offered March 15–October 31, and 5pm departures are offered March 15–August 31.
