Trips operate weather permitting. If wind, seas, or weather are unsuitable, the captain may reschedule or cancel the charter. Canceled trips receive a refund to the original form of payment.
The boat has a porta potty. Restrooms are also available on Peanut Island, just inside Palm Beach Inlet.
