• Arrive 30 minutes before your reservation to complete paperwork
• Ages 25+ only to rent a pontoon
• Boater instruction is provided if you do not hold a boating license
• Children 13 and under must wear a life jacket at all times on the dock and boat
• Stay within the Longport Bridge and Garden State Parkway Bridge boundaries; cross the 9th Street Bridge only on the Somers Point side
• Do not beach the pontoon or dock at restaurants unless a mate is aboard
• A mate counts toward boat capacity, reducing the available passenger capacity to 11
• Follow New Jersey boating laws and safety rules; unsafe or reckless operation may end the rental without a refund
• Additional charges may apply for late returns, and you are responsible for damage, loss, or negligence-related harm to the boat, gear, or equipment
