- Pontoon renters must be age 25 or older
- Receive a boater instruction course if you do not hold a boating license
- Follow New Jersey boating laws and safety requirements while on board
- Children age 13 and under must wear a life jacket at all times on the dock and boat
- Do not beach the pontoon
- Dock at restaurants only with a mate aboard
- Stay between the Longport Bridge and Garden State Parkway Bridge; cross under 9th Street Bridge only on the Somers Point side
- Return on time; late-return charges may apply and are not included in the listed price
- Accept responsibility for damage, loss, or negligence-related harm to the boat, gear, or equipment

Cancellations are non-refundable; booking fees and no-shows are non-refundable. If unsafe weather prevents the trip after delay, adjustment, or rescheduling options are exhausted, receive a 100% refund of your deposit. Booking fees remain non-refundable.
