- Arrive 30 minutes before your reservation time to complete paperwork
- Pontoon renters must be age 25 or older
- Receive a boater instruction course if you do not hold a boating license
- Follow New Jersey boating laws and safety requirements while on board
- Children age 13 and under must wear a life jacket at all times on the dock and boat
- Do not beach the pontoon
- Dock at restaurants only with a mate aboard
- Stay between the Longport Bridge and Garden State Parkway Bridge; cross under 9th Street Bridge only on the Somers Point side
- Return on time; late-return charges may apply and are not included in the listed price
- Accept responsibility for damage, loss, or negligence-related harm to the boat, gear, or equipment

The pontoon holds up to 12 people. If you request a mate to join the boat trip, your group can include up to 11 people because the mate is the 12th person.
Use free street parking along Bay Avenue and nearby side streets, or park in the free public lot at 2nd & Bay.
