Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes before your reservation time to complete paperwork
- Ages 25+ only to rent a pontoon
- Receive a boating instruction course after paperwork if you do not hold a boating license
- Follow New Jersey boating laws and safety requirements while aboard
- Children 13 and under must wear a life jacket at all times on the dock and boat
- Stay between the Longport Bridge and Garden State Parkway Bridge; cross under 9th Street Bridge only on the Somers Point side
- Do not beach the pontoon or dock at restaurants without a mate aboard
- Return on time; late returns may be subject to additional charges not included in the listed price
- Accept responsibility for damage, loss or negligence-related harm to the boat, gear or equipment
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 12 guests.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable unless you purchased Trip Protection and cancel at least 6 hours before departure. Booking fees and no-shows are non-refundable. If unsafe weather prevents the trip after delay, time adjustment, or rescheduling options are exhausted, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
