• You are responsible for equipment damaged through negligence or misuse. Rods and reels lost overboard are charged at current retail replacement value
• Complete and sign the electronic liability waiver before departure; without it, you may not be permitted to board
• Follow the captain's safety and conduct instructions. Illegal drugs are prohibited; excessive intoxication or unsafe behavior may end the charter
• Do not use devices or apps to record, track or share the boat's location, route or fishing spots. Prohibited tracking may end the charter
• The captain determines safe conditions and fishing locations. Unsafe offshore conditions may mean an alternative fishing area or type of trip
• Follow fishing regulations; the captain may release fish to comply with them
• Photos and video of your charter may be used for marketing unless you request otherwise in writing before departure
• Arrive 10 minutes before departure. Late arrivals do not extend your scheduled charter
