- Arrive 15 minutes before departure with waivers completed for everyone in your party
- Obtain a saltwater fishing license before arrival
- Ages 18+ only for skeet and trap participation
- Do not handle guns after drinking alcohol or using drugs, and follow the instructor's safety guidance
- A $1,200 security deposit is required before departure for potential damage, is not included in the listed price, and is charged to the card on file
- Expect time beyond the reserved charter to be billed in one-hour increments and charged to the card on file
- Keep red wine and hot food off board, and do not smoke inside the cabin
- Do not bring illegal drugs, firearms, ammunition, or weapons on board

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 14 days from the reservation date for a full refund. Cancel 8–14 days from the reservation date for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days and no-shows are charged in full. In a marine weather alert or hurricane/tropical storm before boarding, reschedule or receive a full refund.

All experience levels are welcome. Skeet and trap participants must be ages 18+ and follow the instructor's safety guidance using the provided protective gear.
If you add private chef services to your yacht charter, submit menu selections, dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests at least 7 days before departure. Later requests are subject to availability and menu limitations.
