Floatplane Bear Viewing Tour at Brooks Falls

Fly by floatplane from Homer to Brooks Falls in Katmai National Park, then explore independently after a ranger-led bear orientation. You’ll have 3–4 hours on the ground to experience the area’s boardwalks and trails.

Important details

• Arrive no more than 10 minutes before your confirmed check-in time
• Sign a waiver and complete a weigh-in at check-in
• Ages 7+ only
• Requires moderate walking on uneven sand, dirt paths, and boardwalks, plus climbing aircraft stairs or a ladder unassisted
• Wear waterproof hiking shoes, boots, or rain boots
• Carry food in a hands-free closed backpack; tote bags, grocery bags, glass containers, and large coolers are not permitted
