- Ages 7+ only
- Arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled check-in time
- Keep your full day open, as weather delays can affect departure and return times
- Sign a waiver and complete a weigh-in before departure
- Accurate fully clothed body weight is required; denied boarding for weight misrepresentation is nonrefundable
- Travelers over 265 lbs are subject to availability
- Includes a 10-lb day pack allowance; camera bags over 20 lbs require prior approval
- Requires moderate walking of 3–4 miles on sand, dirt trails, and boardwalks, plus climbing aircraft stairs or a ladder unassisted
- Wear waterproof hiking shoes, boots, or rain boots
- Store all food in the Food Cache on arrival; no food is permitted on the trail
- Do not bring bear spray, flares, horns, or weapons
- Smoking is prohibited during flights and throughout the trip
- Bring essential medications for up to 48 hours in case of unexpected delays
- Return to the plane at the pilot's stated meeting time
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 60+ days before for a full refund less a 10% administrative fee; 30–59 days before for a 50% refund; 30 days or less is nonrefundable. If the operator cancels due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond its control, choose a full refund or reschedule, subject to availability.
