Meet your guide in the bustling San Lorenzo market area and follow your nose to freshly baked breads and pastries, savory street food, and so much more.
Feast your eyes and fill your belly on our morning food tour, highlighting historic shops of the San Lorenzo area and must-try foods in the Mercato Centrale.
Before you go we'll make sure you have a proper coffee and take you to a top local gelato shop for the perfect sweet ending.
Please note: in very hot/very cold months, the tour is about 3 hours. You'll still get all the tastings, just rearranged to speed it up so you stay comfortable.

- Arrive at your scheduled time; the guide waits up to 10 minutes before the tour begins
- Severe nut allergies are not recommended because of potential cross-contamination at bakeries and the gelateria
- Report mild food allergies at least 48 hours before the tour
- Tours run rain or shine; bring a rain jacket or umbrella on rainy days
- Wear comfortable walking shoes; flip-flops are not recommended on the ancient streets
- If the group tour does not reach 3 people, an optional private-tour upgrade costs extra; otherwise, a full refund applies
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30 or more days before the tour for a 10% fee. Cancel 29 days or less before the tour for a 20% fee. Cancellations 13 days or less before the tour forfeit payment.

Wear comfortable walking shoes; flip-flops are not recommended. Bring water on hot days, warm shoes and a coat in cold weather, and a rain jacket or umbrella on rainy days.
Children are welcome, but free entry is not available because space on the tour is limited.
