- Bring a valid Texas fishing license if you are 17 or older
- Arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before departure, when the gate opens
- Use a soft pack or small cooler for beverages and snacks; glass is not allowed
- Wear appropriate clothing; sandals and boots are not allowed
- Do not bring bananas
- A 3% processing fee applies and is not included in the listed price
- Gratuity is not included; a 20% gratuity is suggested

Cancellation Policy
For bookings made more than 72 hours ahead: 14+ days before departure, full refund; 8–13 days, $200 deposit forfeited; 2–7 days, 50% charged; under 24 hours or no-show, full charter amount charged. Last-minute bookings within 72 hours have a nonrefundable, nontransferable $200 deposit. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather and rescheduling is not possible.
