Minimum age for tubing is 5 and at least 50 lb. Closed-toe shoes are required for the balloon; secure footwear is required for tubing; not suitable during pregnancy. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a guardian, and activities are weather dependent.
How long does the day take?
The balloon portion takes about 2.5–3 hours. Tubing is available after the flight for all-day rentals, and you can dine between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
What time should I arrive?
Arrive at 6:45 AM at Pagosa Adventure Base Camp for a 7:00 AM balloon flight.
Is there a minimum age for tubing?
Yes. Minimum age is 5 and participants must weigh at least 50 pounds. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Flights and tubing are weather dependent. If conditions are unsafe, activities may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled with a reschedule option or refund for the canceled portion.
What does the Feast voucher include?
Use it at San Juan Eatery the same day between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM. It includes one non-alcoholic beverage and one entrée (up to $20 value).
Are life jackets required for tubing?
Life jackets are required and provided for children 12 and under. Guests 12 and older may rent one if desired.
Cancel 48+ hours before for a refund minus $25 per person. Within 48 hours is non-refundable. Weather cancellations may be rescheduled or fully refunded for the canceled portion. No-shows or late arrivals may forfeit without refund.
