Important details
- Arrive by 6:45 AM for the 7:00 AM balloon departure
- Complete safety waivers and submit accurate weights by the night before departure; missing waivers result in rescheduling without a refund
- Ages 5+ and a minimum weight of 50 lbs required for tubing
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the adventure
- Pregnancy excludes participation in both the balloon flight and tubing
- Requires standing unassisted for 30–45 minutes and climbing in and out of the balloon basket unassisted
- Requires comfort in water and self-guiding through mild river currents and shallow areas
- Wear closed-toe shoes for the balloon flight and secure footwear for tubing; flip-flops and Crocs are not allowed
- Life jackets are required and provided for children 12 and under
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your adventure for a refund minus a $25 per person cancellation fee. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. If unsafe weather or river conditions cancel an activity, reschedule at no additional charge or receive a full refund for the canceled portion.
