Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before departure. Later cancellations and no-shows forfeit the reservation deposit and cannot be rescheduled. Same-day reservations are final sale. If weather affects the ride before it starts, rescheduling is offered; a full refund is available only if you cannot reschedule. No refunds after the ride starts.
