- Start times depend on tides and weather; the captain confirms the exact time 1–3 days before departure
- If ocean conditions are too rough for safe or comfortable fishing, the trip becomes an inshore fishing trip for the same time
- Pay an additional $75 per person after the first three guests; the maximum group size is six people
- Wear non-marking shoes
- Do not bring glass containers or spray sunscreen
- Parking is limited at the Folly Beach Public Landing; use a regular parking space, not an elongated space

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 7 or more days before the charter for a full refund. Cancellations 6 days or less before incur a 50% cancellation fee; cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. Weather cancellations are at the captain's discretion; deposits are refunded if weather forces cancellation. Unsafe nearshore conditions change the trip to inshore fishing.
