Itinerary
- Arrive 15 minutes before the tour
- Check in with office staff
- Get ready to SUP: Use the changing room, restroom, and put your personal gear in our cubbies, fill your water bottle, put sunblock
- Meet your Guide in the backyard to receive a PFD (lifejacket), Paddle and put your water bottle in the cooler.
- Head down to the waters edge for safety first start and basic instruction or "Ground School"
- Launch into the Folly River alongside your guides
- Practice your new SUP skills near the numerous beautiful native birds and bottlenose dolphins.
- Take a water break at the half way point in the river
- Your Guide will give an eco talk about the amazing dolphins feeding technique "Strand Feeding" and other wildlife within the ecosystem
- At low tide, we visit a private beach and go for a swim
- A group photo will be taken at the end of the tour and posted on our social media pages
- Refill your water back at our shop
- Free stickers as a parting gift
Important details
- Arrive 15 minutes before departure
- Ages 10+ only
- Wear flip flops or water shoes
- Paddleboards have a 275 lb maximum weight limit; kayaks are available
- Requires the ability to paddle for about 30 minutes, paddle on your knees, or pull yourself onto the board
- Pregnancy requires physician clearance and comfort getting back onto the board on your belly
- Expect a 4% tax in addition to the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start. Tours may change or be canceled due to unsafe weather or conditions. Full refund if the operator cancels.

FAQs
Wear flip flops or water shoes. Bring a water bottle, sunblock, swimsuit, hat, and sunglasses. A water refill station is available.
Parking at the shop is limited. Use the designated drop-off and pick-up spots for 5 minutes or less, then park at the public boat landing if space is available. Parking is especially limited on weekends and major holidays.
