Fort Collins' ghost tours deliver an entertaining blend of local history and paranormal tales that keep both skeptics and believers engaged. Founded by Lori Juszak in 2011 after discovering that Old Town business owners had fascinating paranormal stories to share, these walking tours grant access to underground locations and hidden spots most visitors never see. Guides like Bobby, Mark, Koreen, and AJ consistently earn praise for their deep historical knowledge and skillful storytelling, with many guests reporting they learned surprising facts about a town they thought they knew well. The tours strike a nice balance in length and physical demands, making them accessible without feeling rushed. Several reviewers mention returning for multiple tours since each route differs, and the addition of EMF meters adds an interactive element that paranormal enthusiasts particularly enjoy. One longtime fan noted the most recent tour felt slightly shorter with fewer locations than previous years, though they still recommended the experience. The consensus is clear: these tours offer excellent value and are especially popular around Halloween, providing both locals and visitors a genuinely fun way to explore Fort Collins' darker history.
Brought my daughter for her 12th birthday because history and ghosts are something that interest her and it was great! We went with AJ she was great, very captivating. We got to see some places in old town foco I have always wanted to see and they did not disappoint. We will be doing more, it was very fun for a family outing.
