No refunds within 48 hours of tour. Cancel more than 48 hours ahead for a full refund. Rain checks will be considered only if made more than 24 hours before the time of the tour.

Plan for stairs and walking. You may go down and up several staircases and walk more than a mile during the tour.
Dress appropriately for the weather, wear comfortable walking shoes, and bring an umbrella if it’s raining. If you want to tip your guide, bring cash. You can also bring a camera if your phone camera isn’t great.
