- Guests must be age 21 or older
- Arrive 30 minutes before departure at Dania Beach Marina, Dock G28
- Avoid glass containers on board
- Trips continue in light rain; the captain decides whether weather is unsafe
- Be present at the dock if the captain cancels for unsafe weather to receive a refund or rescheduling option
- Gratuities are not included; a 20% gratuity is suggested and tips are cash only
- Self-parking near the marina is $5 per hour and subject to change
Cancellation Policy
No cancellations or rescheduling within 7 days of departure; you will be charged the full amount. Passengers who miss the boat will be charged the full reservation amount.
