Important details
- Under 18s require a legal guardian to be present.
- For anyone weighing less than 50 lbs, bring a properly fitting, inherently buoyant, U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket. Life jackets for babies and toddlers are not provided.
- If you bring your own kayak, it must be at least 12 feet long, U.S. Coast Guard-approved and in good working order.
- If you bring your own kayak, also bring a properly fitting, U.S. Coast Guard-approved Type I, II or III inherently buoyant life jacket. Inflatable life jackets are not allowed.
- Wear your life jacket at all times on the water.
- Bring water shoes that stay on your feet; slippers, flip-flops and Crocs are not suitable.
- Print, sign and bring the release of liability.
Cancellation Policy
No cancellations within 24 hours of the trip. If the operator cancels for unsafe weather, you'll be offered rescheduling or a gift card of equal value. Weather cancellations may occur 1–2 hours before departure. Full refunds are uncommon and reviewed case by case.
