- Ages 5+ only; the primary renter must be 18+
- Solo paddlers ages 14+ need parental consent if under 18
- Solo paddlers ages 10-13 need demonstrated proficiency and direct adult supervision
- Ages 5-9 may ride only with a parent or guardian on a tandem rental
- Swimming is required for all renters
- Minimum weight is 50 lbs for proper personal flotation device fit
- Wear a properly fitting U.S. Coast Guard-approved personal flotation device at all times
- Complete a waiver; minors need parental consent and a signed waiver

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48+ hours before a standard rental for a full refund; 24-48 hours for 50%; less than 24 hours is nonrefundable. For groups of 6+, cancel 7+ days for a full refund; 3-6 days for 50%; less than 3 days is nonrefundable. Full refund if the operator cancels for severe weather or safety concerns.
