Important details
- Primary renter must be age 18 or older and complete a waiver
- Ages 5+ only; children ages 5–9 must ride with a parent or guardian
- Solo paddling is available from age 14 with parental consent for minors
- Ages 10–13 may paddle independently only after demonstrating proficiency and with direct adult supervision
- All renters must be able to swim
- Wear a properly fitting U.S. Coast Guard-approved personal flotation device at all times
- Minimum weight is 50 lbs to ensure proper personal flotation device fit
- A skills assessment may be required for any renter
Cancellation Policy
Standard rentals: full refund 48+ hours before start; 50% refund 24–48 hours before; no refund within 24 hours. Groups of 6+: full refund 7+ days before; 50% refund 3–6 days before; no refund within 3 days. Full refund if the operator cancels due to severe weather or safety concerns. No refunds for no-shows, early returns, or unused time.
