Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48+ hours before your rental for a full refund, 24–48 hours before for a 50% refund, or less than 24 hours before for no refund. Group bookings of 6+ require 7 days for a full refund and 3–6 days for a 50% refund. Full refund if the operator cancels due to severe weather or safety concerns. No refunds for no-shows, early returns, or unused rental time.
