Know before you go
- A signed liability waiver is required
- Ages 18+ only to rent; ages 5+ may participate
- Children ages 5–9 must ride with a parent or guardian
- Swimming ability is required
- Minimum weight: 50 lbs for proper personal flotation device fit
- Wear a properly fitting U.S. Coast Guard-approved personal flotation device at all times
- Solo paddling is permitted from age 14 with parental consent for minors; ages 10–13 need proficiency and direct adult supervision
- A skills assessment may be required
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48+ hours before your rental for a full refund, 24–48 hours before for a 50% refund, or less than 24 hours before for no refund. Group bookings of 6+ require 7 days for a full refund and 3–6 days for a 50% refund. Full refund if the operator cancels due to severe weather or safety concerns. No refunds for no-shows, early returns, or unused rental time.
