- Your reservation card remains on file for time overages, excessive cleaning, or lost or damaged equipment; clarify potential charges with Greetwell before booking
Cancellation Policy
Full refund up to 48 hours before departure. 50% refund 12–48 hours before departure. No refund within 12 hours, for late arrivals, or no-shows. Full refund if the captain cancels due to weather or other safety reasons.
