- Arrive early for check-in. Public cruises leave on schedule, and private charters are not extended for late arrivals
- The card used to reserve may be charged for time overages, excessive cleaning, or lost or damaged equipment
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a 100% refund. Cancel 12–48 hours before departure for a 50% refund or a 100% refund when rebooking another date. No refund for cancellations less than 12 hours before departure, late arrivals, or no-shows. Receive a 100% refund if the captain cancels due to weather or other safety reasons.
