- Drivers ages 21+ only. A valid driver's license is required; bring it to pickup.
- All drivers must present their personal car insurance policy, which acts as primary insurance. Secondary coverage may be minimal or unavailable.
- Children must be old enough or tall enough to ride without a child safety restraint. Car seats and booster seats are not allowed.
- Pets are allowed. You are responsible for damage or mess caused by your pet.
- Bring the credit or debit card used for payment to pickup.
- Damage charges are not included in the listed price. If the UTV is damaged, you'll be charged while the insurance claim is processed; no fixed amount is specified.
- A $250 cleaning fee applies if the UTV is returned muddy from off-roading. This is not included in the listed price.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your start time for a full refund. With less than 24 hours' notice, you can reschedule or receive credit for future use. If the operator cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. No-shows are charged the full price with no refund.
