Street-Legal Golf Cart Rental in Historic St. Augustine

This spot has built a solid reputation around its friendly, helpful staff, with Thor getting called out by name multiple times for going above and beyond. People rave about how accommodating everyone is, whether you're learning to ride a scooter for the first time or swapping out a rental that isn't working for you. The guided bike tour with Ariel gets particularly high marks for helping first-timers get oriented with insider tips on where to eat, drink, and explore. Most visitors agree that getting around St. Augustine by golf cart, bike, or e-bike beats dealing with parking hassles, and they appreciate the military and boater discounts offered. That said, you'll want to know what you're getting into price-wise. One reviewer was shocked at the $299 daily rate for a golf cart and felt the staff wasn't willing to negotiate, which left a sour taste. Another person had a rough experience with customer service over the phone when trying to arrange transportation for a family member with mobility issues. These seem to be outliers though. The overwhelming majority had positive experiences with the rentals themselves, describing everything from two-seater "fun cars" that feel like a thrill ride at 25 mph to spacious six-passenger golf carts perfect for catching fireworks over the Bridge of Lions. If you're visiting St. Augustine and want a fun way to explore without the parking headaches, this place delivers, just be prepared for premium pricing during busy periods.
