- All visitors under 18 must be accompanied by a paid adult
- Enclosure entry and animal handling are only included with the optional fox interaction
- Fox interaction is available only when added in advance and is subject to availability
- Use the street address in your GPS, not the center name, and follow the written directions to the property
- Arrive on time; late arrival may result in reservation cancellation
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable. Reschedule once to another available date if you cancel at least one week before the encounter. Cancellations less than one week before are not refundable or reschedulable. If the center cancels, you will receive a refund of the amount paid.

Complete the general waiver before arrival if you are 18 or older. A legal guardian must sign for participating minors.
Wear closed-toed shoes if your visit includes enclosure access. Choose casual clothes you do not mind getting dirty, and bring layers for changing temperatures.
Each visitor needs their own reservation. Observers, photographers, and other non-participating visitors cannot be accommodated.
