- Passengers ages 8+ only.
- Bring a valid photo ID if you will be driving.
- Maximum combined rider weight: 300 lbs per jet ski. Weight is checked on a scale at the meeting point. If your combined weight exceeds the limit, only one person may ride; the additional rider requires a separate jet ski rental, subject to availability and at an additional cost not included in the listed price.
- This activity is not recommended during pregnancy or with heart, back, neck or other conditions that may be affected by high-speed water activity.
- Sober riders only. Any indication of alcohol or drug use may prevent you from riding.
- You are responsible for damage to equipment in your possession during the activity; damage charges are not included in the listed price.
- Sign the liability waiver before arriving.
- Wear the provided life jacket, follow staff instructions and stay within the designated riding zone. Reckless riding, horseplay, profanity or inappropriate behavior may end your ride.
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled start time for check-in and the mandatory safety briefing. All drivers and passengers must attend.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations at least 72 hours before your start time. No refund for cancellations within 72 hours or late arrivals. Arrive 30 minutes before your booked time; late arrivals are treated as no-shows. If the operator cancels for weather or sea conditions, you can reschedule or receive a refund.
