Know before you go
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure; arrive 1 hour early if you still need to complete the boater safety test
- Bring the credit card used for your booking and matching valid photo ID for check-in
- Drivers must be 16+; riders must be at least 6, and minors require their actual parent or legal guardian
- Present a physical government-issued photo ID with birthdate if you are 16+; photos of IDs are not accepted
- Maximum combined weight is 530 lb per jet ski, including riders and gear; up to 3 people may ride per ski
- Complete both required waivers before the ride and the required pre-ride safety orientation and checklist at check-in
- Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 must pass the Florida boater safety test and show proof before departure; the $9.99 test fee is not included in the listed price
- All riders must be able to swim and speak and understand English for safety instructions
- Pregnant travelers cannot participate
- Do not consume alcohol or drugs before or during the ride
- Rides do not operate in unsafe weather or water conditions
- You are financially responsible for damage or lost equipment; optional damage protection costs $40, is not included in the listed price, and covers up to $1,000 in damage
- Wetsuits are available for $20 per person and bottled water is $1 each; neither is included in the listed price
- Guide gratuity is not included; the typical gratuity is 20% of the $160 base price per jet ski, or $32
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours and reservations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. If the operator cancels and cannot reschedule, you'll receive a full refund.

Complete the pre-ride safety orientation and sign the Livery Pre-Rental and Pre-Ride Instruction Checklist at check-in. The briefing covers vessel operation, navigation rules, local hazards, weather awareness, safety equipment, and emergency procedures.
Pregnant travelers cannot participate. Travelers with heart conditions, back problems, neck injuries, or other serious medical conditions are advised not to participate.
