Important details
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure; arrive 1 hour early if you have not completed the required boater safety test
- Drivers must be at least 16; riders must be ages 6+
- Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
- Maximum total weight is 530 lb per jet ski, including riders and gear; up to 3 people may ride per ski
- All participants must be able to swim
- Drivers must speak and understand English for safety instructions
- Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 need proof of passing the Florida boater safety test; its $9.99 fee is not included in the listed price
- Complete both required waivers before arrival and attend the required pre-ride safety orientation at check-in
- Bring the credit card used for booking and matching valid photo ID; travelers ages 16+ need a government-issued photo ID showing their birthdate
- No alcohol or drugs before or during the ride
- Pregnant travelers may not participate; heart, back, neck, or other serious medical conditions are not recommended
- Expect route changes for weather, water conditions, or safety; you are responsible for damage or lost equipment
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours and reservations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. If the operator cancels and rescheduling is not possible, you’ll receive a full refund.

Complete the pre-ride safety orientation and sign the Livery Pre-Rental and Pre-Ride Instruction Checklist at check-in. The briefing covers vessel operation, navigation rules, local hazards, weather awareness, safety equipment, and emergency procedures.
Pregnant travelers cannot participate. Travelers with heart conditions, back problems, neck injuries, or other serious medical conditions are advised not to participate.
