Important details
- Passengers must be ages 8+
- Bring a valid photo ID if you plan to drive
- The combined rider weight limit is 300 lbs per jet ski, verified on a scale at the meeting point. If your combined weight exceeds the limit, you cannot ride together; a second jet ski would be needed for the additional rider, subject to availability
- This activity is not recommended during pregnancy or with heart, back, neck, or other conditions affected by high-speed water activity
- You are financially responsible for damage to equipment while it is in your possession; damage charges are not included in the listed price
- Sign the required liability waiver before arriving
- Sober riders only. Follow staff instructions, stay inside the designated riding zone, and wear the provided life jacket. Reckless riding, horseplay, profanity, and inappropriate behavior are prohibited and may end your ride
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before your booked start time for check-in and the mandatory safety briefing. Late arrival does not extend your riding time
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations at least 72 hours before your start time. No refund for cancellations within 72 hours or late arrivals. Arrive 30 minutes before your booked time; late arrivals are treated as no-shows. If the operator cancels for weather or sea conditions, you can reschedule or receive a refund.
