Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows are charged full price. If the captain cancels due to weather, you receive a full refund less online booking fees. For mechanical issues, pay only for time spent fishing. Once the boat leaves the dock, seasickness requires full payment. If the captain returns early due to weather, the minimum rate applies according to charter duration.
