Things to know
An adult (18+) must complete the rental; minors must be with a parent or guardian. Electric bike riders must be at least 16, and electric bikes are not allowed on sand. Baskets, helmets, cup holders, surf wax, and some upgrades may cost extra—clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations due to weather or factors beyond our control are non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 days prior to the reservation start date receive a 50% refund. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
FAQs
