Important details
- You must be over age 18 to rent the boat
- Combined weight limit: 2,500 lbs for passengers and gear
- The boat operator needs a valid boating safety certificate; passengers do not. A New Jersey certificate is preferred, and equivalent certificates from other states are accepted. A boating endorsement on a driver's license does not qualify. Bring your certificate; without it, the rental will be denied
- Bring a valid photo ID
- A $200 refundable cash damage deposit is required at check-in and is not included in the listed price. It is returned after inspection if the boat and equipment are in their original condition; some or all may be retained for damage
- Stay south of Buoy 42 and west of Buoy 45. Tice's Shoal, Barnegat Inlet, and Long Beach Island are outside the permitted area. Leaving the permitted area forfeits your deposit and prevents future rentals
- Use the boat for crabbing and fishing only. No towing or watersports
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 12 guests.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are nonrefundable. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit.
