Cancellation Policy
Tickets are non-refundable, including late arrivals and no-shows, and non-transferable. Reschedule once at least 48 hours before departure; fees may apply. Trips usually run in light rain and moderate weather. If canceled for severe or unsafe weather up to 1 hour before departure, you may reschedule subject to availability or receive credit for a future trip.
