- Return the bike reasonably clean, without excessive mud, dirt, or debris
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled ride time
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48+ hours in advance for a full refund, or 24–48 hours in advance for a 50% refund. No refund within 24 hours. No-shows and late arrivals are charged in full. Rides run rain or shine; if the operator deems conditions unsafe, you'll be offered a full refund or rescheduling. Allow 7–10 business days for refunds. No refunds for early returns.
