- Complete the online waiver before arrival
- Return equipment at your reservation time; a late-return fee applies in 15-minute increments
- Expect rapidly changing weather and water conditions and the possibility of getting wet; bring a change of clothes
- Do not paddle during a high wind advisory or thunderstorm
- Rentals close during Small Craft Advisories, Gale Warnings, Thunderstorm Warnings, or equivalent alerts
Cancellation Policy
Full refund 48+ hours before start; 50% refund 24–48 hours before start. No refund within 24 hours or for no-shows. Full refund if the operator cancels for safety due to weather.

Wear a swimsuit or quick-dry clothing, water shoes, a hat, sunglasses with a strap, and reef-safe sunscreen. Bring a towel, water bottle, waterproof phone case, and a change of clothes. Leave valuables at home.
