Important details
- Drivers must be age 18+ with a valid driver's license
- Bring valid, legible government-issued photo ID for every participant
- Wear fully closed-toe and closed-heel shoes; Crocs, sandals, slides, and open-back shoes are not allowed
- Complete a waiver for every participant before the tour or at check-in
- Arrive at the scheduled time; arrivals more than 15 minutes late may not be able to participate
- Alcohol, marijuana, and other impairing substances are not allowed before arrival or during the tour
- Bring a credit or debit card for a temporary vehicle-damage deductible hold of up to $1,500; this applies only if accidental damage occurs while driving
- A 3% credit card processing fee applies and is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 21 days before the tour; 25% of the total tour price is forfeited. After the 48-hour grace period, rescheduling is available with no added fee, but no refunds. No-shows are charged the full price. Tours operate rain or shine unless extreme desert flooding or heat prevents operation.
