Cancellation Policy
More than 7 days before: full refund minus processing fee. 4–6 days before: 50% refund minus processing fee. Within 3 days: no refund. Operator may cancel if conditions are deemed unsafe. Once you’ve departed, rentals continue rain-or-shine; no refunds once the ride begins.

Bring a valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of current U.S. auto insurance for each authorized driver. You must also sign a waiver and rental agreement, and the operator retains copies of your documents for the rental file.
You must be at least 25 to rent. Only the primary renter listed on the reservation can drive unless an additional driver is authorized. The Moke holds up to 4 passengers, and no car seats or child restraints are permitted.
A security deposit hold is required. Additional charges may apply, including fees for a lost charger, towing (including if the battery dies), traffic or rule infractions, and damages or tickets; the deposit can be applied toward damages, and more charges may be added if needed.
