- Only passengers listed on the rental contract may board. Passenger substitutions are not permitted and result in forfeiture of the full security deposit.
- Smoking and towing of any kind are not permitted.
- Remove all garbage from the boat and return the vessel keys and life jackets to the Marina Store when your rental ends.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before non-holiday rentals or at least 5 days before holiday and holiday-weekend rentals. All cancellations forfeit the reservation fee of 10% of the rental rate. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the entire rental price.
