- An additional hourly fee may apply for late returns and is not included in the listed price.
- No towing of any kind is allowed, including tubing or wakeboarding.
- Do not smoke on board or use the boat after dusk.
- Life jackets are required at all times for children ages 12 and under.
- Pick up the boat between 8am and 9am and return it by 7pm, unless different times have been arranged in advance.
