- Drivers must be at least 25 and hold a valid driver's license
- Passengers must be at least 4 ft tall and able to reach the floorboard while seated
- All riders must complete waiver paperwork before the rental
- Return the vehicle with a full tank of gas; a $100 per machine charge applies if it is not full
- Optional damage protection costs $55 per side-by-side and does not cover rollovers
- If damage occurs, the card on file is charged a $4,000 two-seat or $5,000 four- or six-seat deductible while damage is assessed; without protection, full damage costs apply
Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund when you cancel at least 48 hours before departure. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. No-shows are charged the full price. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
