- Arrive for check-in at 9:00 am; departure is at 9:30 am
- Complete a liability waiver before arrival and bring a valid ID that matches it
- Ages 5+ only; travelers under 17 must be accompanied by an adult
- Not available during pregnancy or with recent surgery, neck, back, arm, or leg problems, epilepsy, heart conditions, or dizziness
- Do not participate while under the influence
- Expect a 27-foot boat ride in open water, which can be choppy or bumpy
- Follow captain safety instructions; the captain may adjust stops and the route for maritime conditions
- Bring only canned drinks if bringing your own; glass containers are not allowed
- Maximum two pets; pets need life jackets
- Do not touch coral, fish, or turtles, and do not feed marine life
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before the start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours, reservations made within 48 hours, no-shows, and late arrivals are nonrefundable. Rescheduling at least 48 hours ahead is subject to availability and carries a $15 per-person fee. If the operator cancels due to weather, choose a reschedule, another activity, or a full refund.
