Important details
- A valid driver's license is required to drive. Bring it and a valid ID for pickup.
- Summit 850 models require experienced riders and are for mountain riding, not trails.
- The Grand Touring two-seater has a 400 lb weight limit.
- A separate $500 card hold may be placed at pickup if you have not purchased a damage waiver.
- Damage costs are not included in the listed price. You're responsible for repairs, including parts and labor, plus rental charges for each day the machine is unavailable. Damage that prevents rental the next day carries at least one day's lost rental charge.
- Fuel is not included in the listed price. Return the snowmobile with a full tank using only premium 91-octane fuel. If it needs refilling, you'll be charged $10 per gallon.
- Recovery fees for the operator's time and fuel are not included in the listed price and apply if your machine needs recovery.
- Late-return charges are not included in the listed price: $75 per half hour.
- Complete a waiver and rental agreement for every rider before pickup.
- Wear closed-toe shoes.
- Do not ride on highways, main roadways, or other people's property. Do not abandon a stuck or damaged machine. Cell service is limited in some parts of Island Park.
- A riding tag is required outside Idaho. Montana tags are not provided, and purchasing the required tag is your responsibility; its cost is not included in the listed price.
- Your reserved machine may be replaced with another available machine if a previous renter damages it.
- Rental hours are 8:30am–4:30pm. Return the machine by 4:30pm; it is considered late at 4:31pm. March rental hours may vary with snow conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 14 days before your rental for a full refund. Within 14 days, refunds are reduced by $99 per machine per day. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours are charged the full price. No refunds for late pickups or early returns. Weather does not entitle you to rebooking or a refund.
