Important details
- Bring a valid photo ID and your booking confirmation to pickup.
- Minors may use the camera only under the supervision of the adult responsible for the rental.
- You are responsible for the camera and all issued accessories. Lost, missing or damaged equipment may incur repair or replacement charges that are not included in the listed price.
- Use the camera only for lawful recreational activities and follow the equipment-use instructions. Secure it before approaching or entering the water, and use only the provided or approved waterproof setup.
- Protect the equipment from impact, sand, excessive heat and use beyond the waterproof setup’s limits. Return it in its original condition, allowing for normal wear.
- Do not transfer, rent or lend the equipment to another party without authorization.
- Do not touch coral, fish or turtles, or feed fish human food.
- Arrive at your scheduled pickup time and return the camera and all issued accessories by the designated return time. Allow time for an equipment inspection; late pickup does not extend your rental.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before pickup for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours, late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable. If unsafe conditions prevent the rental, you'll be offered rescheduling, credit toward another available service or a refund. Rain, clouds or forecasts alone do not constitute an operator cancellation.
