Know before you go

• Arrive 15 minutes early to complete check-in and the safety briefing

• Return the vehicle with a full tank; gasoline is not included in the listed price
• Expect a late-return charge of $50 per hour, not included in the listed price; after 3 hours, an additional day applies
• Expect a $500 claim fee in case of an accident, not included in the listed price; damage or theft liability can reach $1,500
