Cancel more than 72 hours before departure for a full refund; more than 48 and up to 72 hours before for 50%. Within 48 hours, no-shows, late arrivals and early departures are nonrefundable. Tours run in most weather; safe weather does not qualify for refunds. If the operator cancels for unsafe weather or closures, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
